Book Returns
Beginning 1 May 2008 Overstock Returns will be accepted with invoice information up to 12 months from invoice date.

Smart Stock Fee - If an individual College bookstore's annual Returns percentage exceeds 33% - the College bookstore will be assessed an 85 restocking fee on each Return received by Wiley the following year.

Out of Print College books must be returned within 90 days of the out of print date. (We actually allow 150 days at HPC)

Damaged & Defective product should returned for credit within 30 days of receipt of the original shipment.

Shortages should be reported within 30 days of receipt of the original shipment.

If the Return is the result of a cancelled class or change in instructor; please include documantation of the fact with the Return.

Your local Wiley Sales Rep will be notified and she will work with the course instructor to encourage the purchase of the specific Wiley Course Materials.
