Wiley Acquires Whatsonwhen, Online Travel Content and Services Provider
Hoboken, N.J., and Chichester, England, October 18, 2006
Wiley Europe Investment Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of global publisher John Wiley & Sons, Inc. (NYSE:JWa) (NYSE:JWb), announced today that it has acquired Whatsonwhen Ltd., a U.K.-based provider of travel-related online content, technology, and services.
