John Wiley & Sons, Inc., Announces Quarterly Dividend


Hoboken, N.J., March 12, 2008—  John Wiley & Sons, Inc. (NYSE:JWa) (NYSE:JWb), announced that the Board of Directors at their meeting today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share on its Class A and Class B Common Stock, payable on April 15, 2008, to shareholders of record on April 1, 2008.
