Training

Training is available through the Wiley Faculty Network, which is a peer-to-peer network of faculty ready to support the use of online course management tools. The Wiley Faculty Network provides virtual training sessions and one-on-one assistance throughout the year. Technical Support

Instructor and student technical support is available at http://hesupport.wiley.com/wileyplus. At this site, you may search a database of frequently asked questions, submit a request for assistance online, or connect to one of our tech support specialists via "live chat."
