USER AGREEMENT FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING STANDARDS BOARD AND JOHN WILEY AND SONS, INC.

IMPORTANT - READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY AND CHECK ALL THE BOXES BEFORE PROCEEDING. BY ACCESSING THE ONLINE DATABASE, YOU INDICATE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPTED EVERY PROVISION OF THE FOLLOWING USER AGREEMENT.

This is a legal agreement between you, the end-user, the Financial Accounting Standards Board ("FASB") AND John Wiley & Sons , Inc. If you do not agree to be bound by this agreement, you will not be able to proceed legally beyond this point.

FASB FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING RESEARCH SYSTEM (FARS) ONLINE ACCESS EDUCATIONAL VERSION

	You hereby declare that you are either a student currently enrolled at, or an instructor currently teaching at a higher education institution.
	You are not an owner of the database. The database is owned by and copyrighted by FASB or its suppliers, and is protected by United States laws and international treaties.
	You may not share your unique username and/or password with anyone else, nor rent, sublicense, sell, lease, transfer, or alter the database. AND You may not share your unique Login Name and / or Password with anyone else.
	You will use reasonable best efforts to protect the database from any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, disclosure, use, or publication.
	This agreement is effective from the date you access the database. Your license continues for the period of duration specified. Your license may be terminated at any time by written notice to you if you breach this user agreement. YOU MUST CHECK ALL FIVE BOXES TO CONTINUE.
